We are sensitive to the physical and emotional toll of a major life transition. We use the extent of our knowledge and experience to reduce stress and help guide our clients and their families through this time.

Brilliant Transitions was founded by Mindy Greene, a real estate agent with 16 years of experience in the Richmond, Virginia area. After watching many of her senior clients and their families become overwhelmed by the downsizing and rightsizing process, she realized she could help make this transition a smoother, more pleasant experience. Brilliant Transitions was born out of the desire to help seniors and their families approach a move with compassion and respect while using the best resources Richmond has to offer.

Mindy is a native Texan. She received her undergraduate degree from Hollins University and Master's degree in clinical psychology from American University. She has been a multimillion dollar producer for Long and Foster Realtors for over the past decade, a member of the Long and Foster Gold Club; a member of the NAR(National Association of Realtors), a member of RAR (Richmond Association of Realtors),  a member of the NASMM (National Association of Senior Move Managers) and has received a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation with NAR.
